Job Details
Coordinates all external referred disputes i.e labour court, CCMA etc. Arrange and collate background information on disputes. Give advice to management and staff on labour related matters. Build and maintain constructive relationships with unions and management. Ensure compliance with collective 77 agreements. Provide training to line managers and supervisors. Assist the Assistant Director on labour related matters.
Candidate Requirements
A relevant NQF level 6 in Labour Relations Management /Human Resources Management. Appropriate experience in human resources management/labour relations management. Excellent communication skills and analytical skills. A good team player. A firm commitment to the hospital's success. Absolute commitment to customer services. In depth understanding of applicable legislation and various policies and procedures regulating employment relations. Good report writing skills.
