Cape Town based research agency is currently seeking service evaluators in the Rustenburg area.
If you are highly motivated, conscientious, have a keen eye, razor sharp listening skills, intense observational skills and fanatical about completing projects on time and in full we would love to hear from you
As a Mystery Shopper, you will be responsible for evaluating and making detailed observations on your customer service experience.
Successful candidates must have the ability to:
- Confidently make mystery shopping visits
- Remember details of the interaction at the visit
- Document their experience and observations in a comprehensive and detailed manner
- Successfully communicate in both spoken and written English to ensure they can document their
experience.
Employment is on a casual basis and a shopper are paid on a per assignment basis. Previous experience as a Mystery Shopper would be an advantage but not essential.
